  yes that is shocking.
  
  I spent a year supporting my two kids with free food from a local charity, who gives away food that the super markets cant shift.. .. I will never forget what it was like. - I try and ancourage everyone to value the food they have, and not insist on "best quality", or up-to-date expiries etc, as this is still much better food than many have elsewhere in the world.
